I need to remodel an existing staff break room to make it cooler and appealing.

I have the existing layout on auto cad which is very old school. I need to change the layout to be a place for Taxi dispatch call center staff to find it fun and relaxing and creative.

the use of colorful recycled tires for example as stool chairs would be a good idea, with a partition in a corner for privacy of lady staff .

i need creative and smart and doable ideas that are cost effective.

I attached the .dwg file as well as the screenshot of which area is the "Lounge For Dispatch Centre" where the design has to be done

I need the auto cad as well as the 3d modeling of how the break room/lounge would look like
