Maelezo ya Shindano

This should be a pretty simple gig. I'll pick a winner quickly so as to not drag out the contest or waste anybody's time.

See the attached Up306 and Down306 jpgs.

They are for a Leaderboard that I keep for my golf league every week. They go next to a name to show if they went up or down in the rankings.

See Leaderboard-Screenshot.jpg as an example of what the overall Leaderboard looks like. Feel free to make the arrows a little smaller if you think that would look better.

The size of the image is what i need - 306 pixels wide by 100 pixels tall. I just don't like the up and down arrow graphics.

Need ..
* Better/different Up and Down arrows
+ Additional graphic, same dimensions, that says "Did Not Play" (with the words taking up a similar amount of space as the arrows)
