Hello, I need a postcard sized banner (the size that microsoft publisher gives me is ''5.5 x 4.25'' or ''Civic Design'' I cannot find how much it is in pixels...)

I would ideally it want it more or less like the one attached (Publisher file and screen shot of that file is attached), but obviously make it look more profesionally designed.

On the right hand side, leave a space, where I have highlighted yellow in the SCREENSHOT, because thats where I will have to insert a QR code. It is advised to split the columns into two.

FRONT SIDE:

THE FILL OUT FORM AND TITLE, WITH THE LOGO IN THE LEFT HAND CORNER
THE SILVER RUDDER LOGO ON THE RIGHT HAND CORNER, AND KEEP THE RED LOGO AS A WATER MARK FOR BOTH SIDES

BACK SIDE:
-LARGE UPFFRONT.COM LOGO AND UPFFRONT.COM TEXT
[WHITE SPACE TO INSERT THE QR CODE]

-THE URL TEXT

Also, bear in mind that this is to be printed, so please try to measure the proportionate sizes of text, etc. Some creativity is welcomed (I have also attached a word file with all of our HTML colour codes)
