Hello,

I would like to arrange a yard that has a total area of 486 sqm, and also i am waiting for proposals for type of fences.

House footprint area = 67 sqm

I am interested in arranging a playground for adult (bench/swing, lounge area etc) 5 x 6m ?, green grass (lawn), barbecue area, sitting area in front of the house, fruit trees, decorative trees, conifers or bushes.

The climate is temperate continental, hot in the summer (40 degrees C) and very cold in the winter (- 15 degrees C). The wind is very powerful in the winter and in the summer, usually coming from the back of the house towards the front.

The view is beautiful from the back of the house, from the back terrace , there is nothing built there and the view overlooks fields for miles. There might be buildings built there in the future though.

Everything needs to be low maintenance i'm looking for a simple and practical solution.

I am open to any suggestions from experienced people.
