Will pay $15 for an easy logo design project. The logo is for a small startup which mentors students through graduate interview programs. I have mocked up a quick version of what I am after, but I want a more professional version which is clean, with a better design on the left (perhaps similar idea but better executed), and professional font. Similar colour scheme looked favourably upon but any stylistic / colour improvements appreciated too. Ideally want the logo be high resolution, sleek, and available to be inserted over a white background (ie. Does not use a coloured background).

EDIT2: Want to stress that any logos which reflect what our business does would be looked highly upon! (that we mentor students and help them get final round interviews and graduate offers in competitive industries)
