     Please don't use gradient fills. Colors should be solid and needs to compliment with each other. I cannot restrict you from which colors you want for your color scheme. As long as it compliments each other that is fine. I believe in your talents that you can create one which is extraordinary.

  You should have clearly depicted what you want. Your brief is confusing, and without contacting the freelancer you rejected the submission. That in my humble opinion is not fair play. You agreed to accept a similar submission, and suggested changes, which you could have very well done for my submission.

     We need to change our company Header for all our documents. Please be guided by the attached file. You can change the logo colors scheme, the text.
     
     Arabic Text will be needed as well but not required.
     
     Again, You can change the color scheme. We want it to make it modern, simple and yet appealing and attractive at the same time.
     
     Please Note: We don't want to have the same style/color as the old header file that we have.
