Design a Logo / TShirt for "Pittman's Paradise"

Design must incorporate the following:

1.) Caricature / Cartoon of the pool itself:

3.) Two versions of the design - one version in Full Color one version using ONLY 3 COLORS

Design should be in a flat yet detailed cartoon / caricature style like this:
