Design a sticker for a Vanilla Beans company

I need 2 stickers made for my company Vanilla Bean Kings based on my example jpeg I have uploaded. I already have a picture of what I need I just need you to translate it to an photopshop file. You can either use the design example I am providing or create a new unique one.

Here are the requirements.

1. Copy the attached image I have provided and make small changes as I require. Remove sticker in top left corner, remove the word "DIRECT", include the text located at the side of the example image.
2. Add barcode sticker that I have attached
3. Use the template I provided. The sticker image size is 2 x 4 inches. I have more templates needing design if this project goes well.
4. Use the example picture of vanilla beans I have provided or find your own
5. Use competitors design labels to get an idea of what to do.

After you are chosen for the 2x4 sticker label and you have completed it. I will also provide the template for the 3x4 sticker and you can do that one also and be paid.
