We are looking to create a brand logo for a product called showmaps. showmaps is a software package that allows event organisers to create and manage their floorplan online as well as offering online planning tools to visitors and exhibitors of the event, all driven from the main floorplan . The software was previously called Showplanner (more info here http://showplans.com/showplanner/ and the product brochure is attached). Once you have a feel for the product we are happy to give artistic licence on the design with no restrictions on the look or colour.

We would like to logo to be more on trend than what I'm currently seeing in the contest. Please take a look at https://www.logolounge.com/article/2014logotrends#.VVMOXZOlF40 for inspiration. One important feature of the logo will be an icon that we can use without the text, it's important that this icon will become recognisable as the company symbol. I have also uploaded some logos that we like.
