The app name is Learn Anchor and website is learnanchor.com (still under construction). It is a cloud-based system to help HR managers manage their employee training records and conduct e-learning. The logo should incorporate symbols, icons or words that convey adult learning, training and anchor (stability, strong foundations).

The preferred color scheme is:
- #475596 (indigo) or #65B3FB (light blue) for the background; and
- #3261C5 (dark blue) or #FFFFFF (white) for the foreground
- I am open to other related colors.

This is to be used as both a website logo and a mobile app icon.

Update: The logo needs to be square so that it can be a mobile app icon.
