Hi,

I need a creative fashion designer than can convert my sketches to product concept images as well as improve on the ideas. The winner of this contest will be the person that I work with long-term (weeks, months, years) for my sketch to concept designs and they will also be excellent pay.

So I've attached the sketch for a pair of jeans with a built-in belt. The winner of this contest will be the person that takes my designs, improves, and creates a beautiful solution.

My concept is that the belt will be built into the waistline. The belt will be elastic like the belt used for suspenders. It will start from the back of the pants on both sides, then go to the front. Now a section of the waistline will be visible so you can see the belt and the clip that holds it in place. To adjust the tightness, the belt can be pulled closer to the center of the waist and to loosen it; it can be pulled away from the center of the waist. So I hope that makes sense.

Additional info: I want people to turn my sketch into a visual file. Now if you can think of a better way of solving the built-in belt problem, then you're free to submit that too. The best implementation and/or design wins.
