We need page designs for a digital magazine for a government entity, including layout, colors and iconography. Each page must also have some creative and integrated movement (look the video in attachments). The design must be original, novel and surprising, disruptive, without neglecting that it is for a government entity.

As deliverable we need to get in PDF or PNG format the design of the next pages:

Page 1. Cover:

It should contain a standing and "winning" photograph of a public figure (eg Joe Biden) with pictures of news of his achievements behind him.

Page 2. Milestones:

This section is divided into 2 parts, corresponding to management years (2019 and 2020). For each year, it must be displayed 2 relevant milestones (events) in a creative and playful way (eg hospital inauguration), and the layout of one of this milestones (with text and one picture)

Ir order to show the movements parts, you could add a snapshot sequence that allows us to understand how it will work. Be creative!
