Design a Banner for a Promotional Company

First, a little background. My business consults and manufactures promotional products for companies looking to make a connection with their client. Promotional Products are branded pens, usb sticks etc. However, I focus only on creating innovative tea products that represent a companies character. Many of our customers are in the non-profit industry, as well as real estate agents, health/wellness organizations and catering companies looking to differentiate themselves.

THIS CONTEST IS FOR A 900x400 SLIDER BANNER IMAGE ON A WEBSITE

My companies branding is very clean, minimal, modern, with lots of whitespace on the products. . An Orange colour tone to the banner would be appreciated, but if not incorporated please do whatever works. I want the header to really express the impact that an organizations private label tea product can have with their customers. ALL FONT USED SHOULD BE SANS-SERIF (without serifs)

If you have another image you would like to use and think it would work better with your banner concept, please do! Please use any stock photography as necessary.

I would like this image to be incorporated into a typical header sized banner image. This slider should really hint at the connection that this woman has with her tea, and how a company can be part of the connection. The color scheme of my logo and site details are an orange colour, so if executed nicely it can blend in well. The text should say "Connect with your customers over a cup of Tea". If you are unsure of how to integrate this image (it is a bit small) perhaps you can split the header space into two pieces, and on one side have this image, and on the other a clean, isolated picture of a teacup with a teatag coming out of it. I have included a link so you can view some of the photos we have taken. DO NOT FEEL COMPELLED TO USE THESE PHOTOS IN THE BANNER. Only use them if they work for your concept.

IDEA #2: Another sort of image I would like is one where our teatag that is labeled "Your Artwork Here" is coming out of a teacup. The blurred out scene taking place behind the teacup could show people gathering in a kitchen, or speaking with each other while the tea steeps.
