I would like to create a video or gif to use on social media, so that it appears an object is jumping out of the screen. I have noticed other examples online, and they appear to use a clever white border, normally using adobe effects.

We will need to supply you with a video, based on your advice. The ideas are as follows;

1. One of the team here, leaning out of the screen through the white borders, asking the viewer to follow us through.

2. Throwing a set of keys towards the camera, so it appears they jump out of the screen

The subject has to in the center or far from the fake white bars.
Throwing keys will work but won't be as good as moving the object a few times. I'm good at visual effects. I'm interested in talking more about the project.
