I own a company in Singapore selling systems such as CRM, Accounting and Billing Soft wares to small businesses. Now I need a Customized Payroll & HR System which is easy to use and consist of all necessary functions. I have attached a brochure of basic CRM System done recently, just for your reference. I expect a better work from this contest.

Participants are required to study Singapore payroll taxes and CPF deductions, please do research on Singapore Payroll/ HR Software to so you know what people are using in Singapore. You may google or youtube for some ideas.

What I am looking at:

- I need a customized Payroll & HR System with no copyright issues so I can sell to companies.
- Targeted clients are small enterprises with 5-20 employees.
- User friendly, striking design with fantastic features.
- User can manage their employees, keep track of employees attendance and most importantly is to print their payslip.

Take Note:

- Under payroll, there is a section for user to prepare salary for their employees, this is a very important part, take note of the age and deduction percentage. (I have attached sample payslip for your better understanding)

- I need a few different format for the payslip so user can choose. For example, user choose payslip format 1: he key in his company details like company name, address, uploading company logo for 1 time and it remains with the format, user don't have to key in company details every time he uses it.

Remarks:

- It will be a bonus if you can provide me with slideshow/ short video/ screenshots with instructions after you completed the project.
- It will be a bonus if you can provide me with both desktop software and cloud system although I only require 1.
- I have to remind you again: For the Payroll section please take note of CPF calculation and the format, read up from google and watch youtube videos regarding Singapore Payroll.
- Please read through the description again, if you don't understand or not confident to do it, please do not apply. I have strict requirements. For those who put in effort but did not win the contest, don't worry. Because I have some upcoming projects we might work together in the future.

$800 is the minimum prize to the winner, I will pay more to the winner for some touch up and customization.
