Maelezo ya Shindano

I want a logo designed for a financial literacy educational program I’m making for high school students.

The program is going to be ‘gangster’ themed (to get students to think it’s cool).

The program is going to be called:
“Ragz to Richez” which means a poor person getting rich.

The slogan for the program is going to be “Financial Lit-eracy for Gangstaz”
The word ‘literacy’ has been split in two as the students I teach use the slang word ‘lit’ to describe something that’s cool. If you want to make this words’ design use fire somehow (to represent being ‘lit’ that might be an idea (but it’s not necessary). I want the slogan (financial lit-eracy for gangstaz) to be below the logo.

I would like the logo in an editable adobe illustrator file in case I need to make small changes in the future. And I want the text of the slogan to still be editable in case I need to change it. So please also include the name of the font used :)

Full creative freedom from you as I have no idea of what I want!
I have attached a few ideas I've found on google images as inspiration. Feel free to modify them and make them cooler, or come up with something completely unique!

    Designs need to be more gangster. Something that Eminem or Snoop Dogg would find cool (but still school appropriate).
