Maelezo ya Shindano

We want to change the appearance of this cartoon character (who originated in Bangladesh) for a Malaysian audience. He is investigating the basics of insurance and how it works. Therefore, he (or she) will still need to look like a detective. As our new character will be based in Malaysia, we would ideally like a Malaysian artist who can really bring the character to life.
