I am looking for a skilled designer who can convert my low res JPEG image (Rattan Image) into a clear, vector format file. The image contains a wooden border, rattan interior, some screws, need is AS IS

File required - Open .PSD or .AI
Note: Colour needs to be as close to the image as possible (Image named Rattan)

Note: This is going to be used as the cover of a book, size needed is A4

I have added some extra images / vector files, if needed

Update 1: Let's avoid submitting PSD, stick to Illustrator
Update 2: I have added some resources that I had, feel free to use any that you can get.
