I am on the hunt for an experienced graphic designer who can create an elegant, yet sophisticated logo for my company.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Background in graphic design
- Demonstrated experience creating elegant and sophisticated logos
- Creative thinker with ability to propose fresh design ideas

Primary Requirements:
- The logo should be simple and minimalist, while maintaining a touch of elegance and sophistication.
- Flexibility is required when it comes to including the company's initials. Your creative input is welcomed here.
- This is a 20th year logo refresh to coincide with the change of company name.
- Use of aqua and navy in current logo colors for the new logo, welcome new colors if necessary
- We like the look of Quicksand font or something similar but welcome ideas

- Parent company name change to "Catalina Solutions Inc.", prefer a square logo (vs rectangular like current logo)
- Along with the parent company update, we will need sister logos for the different specialties we offer
- Please submit 3 other color/sister design combinations for sister logos - Racking Solutions, Automation Solutions, Lighting Solutions
- Current logo attached for color reference

To sum up, I'm looking for a designer who is receptive to feedback and also open to iterating on their designs until we find the perfect match for the company's brand identity.
