Hello, I would like to have someone work on the below things for the attached picture:

1. Add the black and white pavement for the road and make a 90 degrees corner road to make the construction appear on a corner
2.Add some greenery to the center of the project
3. Add a logo and sign board on the center small construction building, something like "E-Bank"
4. Clean the garbage part on the fences border
5. Clean the picture from external items like the sign board outside the fence, the electric cables passing through, white piece next to the fence, etc.

Remember the image should be adjusted and cleaned up but it should not loose its natural touch!

Note: I also attached a sample image to a previous contest which can be used as a reference but the pavement and further improvements should be implemented,
