We need a re-design for our business card.
A CREATIVE , ARTISTIC , UNIQUE business card design. we dont want anything like our old Business card , we want something more creative, more attractive, and more APPEALING .

We must ask you to stick to our base colors, which are : gray, white, green. ( you might use silver instead of grey ..., but mainly this is our clinics theme of colors , and everything in the clinic , including the decoration is based on those 3 colors )
Not necessarily to be a regular size rectangular card
you can use images from our instagram account if you want in the design
you can use any symbols or shapes related to our business ( but keep it classy , and prestigious , not childish or comic )
you will find attached our business card .
We need all the same info in the old business card , except the Facebook and Snapchat , those two accounts are not necessarily to be added.
Winner should deliver final design vector files: raw file, PSD, Ai , curved file, PNG, BMP.
With all fonts used in it
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT SUBMIT SIMPLE DESIGNS , OR READY MADE TEMPLATES , OR OLD AND OUTDATED DESIGNS

I'm pretty sure you're already aware of this information but I have to remind you of it.. if you didn't handle the project to a designer in the next 3 WEEKS, you will, unfortunately, lose your money..
So make sure to choose your winner during this time frame...
