Short update:
* Rather than using the word "bounty", we would prefer "reward" or "sign-on bonus", or similar.

A banner that communicates a message about a "bounty" or "reward" of an amount of money for a recruitment ad to a tech company.

The banner is intended for the following website https://www.feber.se (a technical blog with 97% male readers with an average age of 28 years old), the final format will be 980x300 (max 50kB) for Desktop and 320x240 (max 50 kB) for Mobile.

Our company that is seeking the candidates is https://www.tickstar.com We look for skilled professionals within the categories of Backend (Java and integration specialists) and Frontend (React) developers. For a better understanding about the background, please see the attached PDF (RecruitmentLandingPage.pdf) that contains the text that will be posted on the landing page after the banner is clicked.

Guide points:
* Less text
* Attentive
* Message about that there is a "bounty" or "reward" of 200'000 SEK for successful recruitment of the candidate.
* Tickstar logo should be placed
* Short text about that we seek candidates "We need you", "Skilled developers sought after" or similar, be as creative as you like.
* Graphic or no graphics, entirely up to you. It should be attentive.
* Pretty much freehand, surprise us, and don't be afraid to think outside the box or go crazy. The intention is to attract candidates to the landing page with all the details about the position and the signing-bonus.
* All text in the English language

Deliverables:
Touched up contest entry with the format of 980x300px (max 50kB) and 320x240px (max 50kB).
