I have a design for our balcony. since I do not have the rights to use it, I need someone to create a design very similar to the attached one. The design should have the following characteristics:

The total height is 93,50 cm and it‘s 350 m long and continuous (loop), with the holes being up to a size of 11 cm. The border on the top measures 4 cm and 3 cm at the bottom.

A second design whereby looks like the first should be 2 m x 2 m in size, with the holes being up to a size of 6 cm.

It needs to be editable in SVG and PDF format.
