A T-shirt design to support children's robotics club

We need a design that we would later use for printing on T-shirts we want to give to children (teenagers) from a small county school that are interested in robotics to support their enthusiasm and encourage more children to take part in such activities. They would use the T-shirt on the contests and gatherings of such robotics clubs. A team T-shirts would help build team-spirit and stand out from the crowd. The fabric colour of the shirt is dark red, the design should be made with maximum 2 colours - black and white only.
We have an idea what it should be like and a few samples to explain what we mean: using the head of Che Guevara and a slogan "viva la robolution", but a face of Bender. The design needs to be fully ready for print, so in vector file.

    Thanks for the 1st entry, KevinOrbeta! We already discussed with the designer, but for information to others as well - this design does not include the idea of Che Guevara and has more than 2 colours. That´s why the low grade.
