i have created and approx 50 page guide which i would like a graphic designer/illustrator to design the pages to make it more visually friendly, all content is given i just need someone to create illustrations and a crisp modern design on each page.

i have uploaded my logo and a similar guide which i like for inspiration

the logo consists of these colour codes which i would like added throughout the guide

Would this be an A4 document that would only be sent out electronically? If so, would an interactive PDF be preferable? For example live links, easy navigation via the contents page etc.
