I believe worker is mostly technically competent. However was never very thorough or professional. - Worker wasted 2 months before admitting not knowing how to use webservices. - Even though I gave worker twice as much bonus as worker requested, worker still took for ever to perform corrections. For 2 reasons: 1) lack of responsiveness 2) lack of thoroughness. So much so that I was forced to give worker no more than one correction at a time, to be sure that each correction would be addressed. - Often worker would pressed to close the project even though there were obvious problems with the code. In summary very inconsistent worker. Sometimes I would get back answers within a reasonable amount of time, sometimes it would take several weeks. For example: day 1: I request a correction day 9: Worker answers something completely off the wall day 10: I answer and try to re-explain day 23: Worker answers something else day 24: I ask the worker to state whether I when I can expect such correction. day 27: Finally issue is corrected Very frustrating experience.
