Project Description –
This add-on which consists of three distinct functionality
• Multiple – UOM
• ATP (Available To Promise)
• MultiBin
Multiple – UoM -
The Multi-UoM has addressed the need for having multiple units of measure conversions while user performs transactions related to purchase and sale of items in SAP Business One. The Multiple UoM functionality enables the user to carry out item transactions on Marketing Documents (i.e. Purchase and Sale transactions), Inventory Documents (like goods issue, goods receipts, inventory transfers) and Production Order documents using multiple Units of Measure, thus extending the base SAP Business One functionality.
ATP (Available to Promise) –
The Available-to-Promise solution for SAP Business One (SBO) enables the order entry operator to promise rationalized delivery dates and quantities to the customers. The ATP enhancement is tightly integrated with SBO to allow seamless access to ATP functionality on the Sales Order document.
MultiBin -
The Multiple Bin Location functionality will address the need of having multiple bins / storage areas within warehouses enabling the user to track item locations and quantities within the warehouse.

Intranet Web Applications
There are total 15 intranet sites (Projects) developed for D.P.Ahuja & Co Intranet. Lastly on a Web File Management Project, which manages clients profiles and the files (.tif) sent and received by them and shown with a browser tiff component viewer. The other projects follow as
• File Location – This is an intranet site, which manages and shows the up-to-date status of a file movement and its location. There are nearly 86 locations with 100 users and 3 lacs Physical Files are there in the Stores and racks.

• Trademark Assignment – This intranet site manages the Trademark Assignments handles by the Company, Assignment Status, Assignment Search, Adding Assignment, Edit Assignment, Searching Assignment and generating MS Word documents depending up on the status and clients requirement.

• Web patent Search: This an intranet site on Web Patent Module, its generates patent status, updates, search, letters on the Patent in MS word format and also in pdf format.

• Trademark Design Project – This project (an intranet site) shows the updated status of the design trademarks, searches, adds new designs, updates, and generates letters in MS Word Format and pdf format.

• Trademark Opposition Project. – This is an intranet site related to the trademark opposition database, which updates, adds, deletes and generates nearly 25 types of preformatted letters in MS Word.

• Trademark and Patent Litigation Project – This is also Trademark Litigation related intranet sites which manages the litigation database, facilitate add, delete, update Litigation status and profiles.

• GPA Project This is a project, which searches nearly 10000 files of .jpg and .gif images in a specific directory for a GPA files, the files are organized and named with the specific company names.

Project Description –
• A C.A. wants to make a system of his client's returns. His clients returns consists of Sale tax returns, Service tax returns, Investments of individuals or companies such as lip, Esc, etc. Income tax returns of individual salaried persons, firms, companies, and the details of companies according to the company act. This system will generate reports like if he wants to know how much an individual has invested in investments in a particular financial year. He also wants this system available on the Internet so that his overseas client can also access his data.
• Actively participated, debated in brain-storming ‘JAD Sessions’, ‘GAP Analysis’ to vet the existing system and to determine the Modus operandi of automation, data conversion for the system.
• Analyzed the database and imbibed the entity relationships.
• Translated Functional Specifications into Technical Specifications.
• Independently developed the high-level specifications for the interfaces in Visual Basic 6.0.
• Independently handled the programming for 16 Main disparate modules, 5 Sub modules in Visual Basic 6.0,
• Independently performed the database programming consisting of Complex SQL Queries, Joins, Stored Procedures derived from multitude tables for interfaces in Visual Basic as well as reports in Crystal Reports.
