Our History:
We started our esteemed concern in the month of May 2000 with minimum number of PCs required to meet the works we had. We gracefully grew gradually incrementing the number of PCs, shifting ourselves to a comfortable location, while we were able to grab more works.
As all our works were basically from US Clients, accuracy and delivery within the stipulated time was our main concern and till date we have never compromised in work quality and delivery schedule.
On looking back at our growth, we could visualize the tons of hard work and efforts we have put in, to cross and reach this height.
We have developed a lot of software in Visual Basic and ASP and we have done a lot of Data entry projects running for months.
Apart from the above, we have very good expertise in developing programs for data retrieval from the web.
Now we feel that our wings can be spread more, to reach still higher altitudes.
Our Mission: Excellence and Hard work
I) Our Expertise: We are pioneers in the development of software packages of any kind. Especially we were mainly focussing over the area covering retrieval of data from the web and on line submission form using data in a Database.
We have developed a number of projects in this area and hence our expertise in this area is also enormously high.
The software packages developed by our company have won the appreciation of the clients in US, Germany and India.
Software projects completed by us:
1. Medical Info Management System
This package is for the management of patient info including facility to store the patient’s diagnostics reports.
2. Prescription Handler
Suitable for any doctor to print prescription and store the prescription data along with a feature to know the composition of the medicines prescribed.
3. New York courts data retrieval systems.
This will retrieve case details from the web sites of US courts everyday automatically.
4. Public Account system
It extracts web pages from various web sites and stores in the local system for offline viewing.
5. Data entry package for course schedule of colleges in USA.
This manages the college schedule data of previous years with the provision to enter the current year’s data.
6. Automated tool to download course schedule pages of Colleges in USA
Several tools have been developed(around 3000 numbers) which will automatically download schedules from various college web sites of USA.
7. Data-conversion works for college course schedule.
Data available in the HTML format will be converted into a database using this package.
8. Data entry packages for Lexis/Company financial filings.
Yet another data entry package for the entry of financial data of various US companies.
9. Family Tree tools
Periodical on-line data retrieval for more than 75 web sites.
10. Santiago data retrieval Systems.
This is also for data retrieval of court case details from the web.
11. URL validation to validate the accuracy of company names in Web sites.
12. Web sites with ASP, PHP, ColdFusion, HTML and JavaScript have been created for a few vendors. Web designing using the graphical utilities like photo shop, flash and Animation shop is one of the areas in which we have placed our footsteps.
13. Company presentations using Macromedia Flash MX has been created.
II) Our Experience in Data Processing Works:
i) Data Entry: We are presently doing Data entry projects with around 30 data entry operators and 3 programmers and 1 system administrator with 25 systems of configuration PII and above.
Our data entry is not confined only to the data entry on seeing the printed formats, but it also includes the entry of data seeing the electronic data available in the form of Web pages, Text files, Tiff files and PDF formats.
For the above work, we have created some tools for extraction of data from the above file formats automatically and our expertise in the manipulation of Data in Excel, Ms access and Ms word is appreciably high and for these works we have developed tools to enhance our work speed. For QC also we adapt semi-automation methods to reduce fault percentage and to ensure 100% accuracy.
ii) Data Comparison works: Using the Epsilon software we have done comparison of text/html/xml files. Our experience in data comparison works can be well assess on seeing the process completed by us as shown below:

We are very proud to say that we are the one and only vendor who have been assigned with the job of comparison by Zen Data Services. As compare work is considered to be very vital and plays a key roll in data works, this shows the confidence of Zen Data Services over us.
iii) Marking: This work includes marking of different XML/HTML tags using various colors on the hard copies of data given by the clients. This will be useful for XML/HTML tagging appropriately identifying the color of the marking. A lot of such works have been completed successfully up to the highest satisfaction of the clients.
iv) Data Process: Our expertise and experience in data processing works is boundless.
