• Handle inbound and outbound customers service dealings through calls and emails in accordance with the Our Pacific office client’s policies, procedures, and values.
• Assigned 2IC duties for the team for over 2 years in which assisted in training for clients and answering queries for team members.
• Deal with escalation calls in a professional manner.
• Assist team members with complex booking systems which include payments and charges for clients.
• Create time sheets & rosters for the team for Payroll.
• Motivate team members to reach KPI expectations of over 100 calls a day while maintaining consistency and quality of calls.
• Act and take on the role of team leader in her absence and provide feedback through leadership meetings and collaboration.
• Handle and assist with over 500 Customer Service Clients and 300 booking clients with various booking systems of many industries including Law firms, accounting firms, Allied health, General Practitioner’s, Trade companies, Real estate, Investment brokers, Pharmaceutical Companies, Engineering and more.
• Ensure Cancellation Policies are kept in the guidelines and policies of each booking client.
• Multitask while on calls to create bookings and send emails while other calls are on hold of various clients with different products and services
