List of achievements:
• I’ve graduated with a 1st class degree in English Literature at undergraduate level whilst working as a school community organiser for Humanities, Mass Communications and Politics/ International Relations.
• I’ve completed my teacher training as an English teacher (PGCE) at University College London (UCL) – having achieved a distinction on all my assignments.
• My highly-renowned teacher training has led to me establishing myself as an expert English teacher at a school accredited as being ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. This is the highest recognition of excellence rewarded to only the best schools in the country.
• I am currently completing a masters in Creative Writing and Education at Goldsmiths, University of London. I am currently sat at a distinction grade, after averaging my previous assignment results, whilst awaiting the commencement of my second year of the degree. This degree has consisted of rigorous academic writing, policy writing and fiction writing.
As an educator, I have come to appreciate the value of adaptability and how crucial it is to be able to cater for the needs of diverse audiences. I appreciate how this understanding needs to be complemented by writing that is eloquent yet accessible. However, despite this drive and understanding, a winning ingredient that showcases excellence is attention to detail. It is not enough to merely be able to conjure up and manifest the creativity that is crucial for success; the correct writer, such as myself, will also have a masterful eye for the smallest of details. This attention to details is what sets me apart from others. Individuals who are exposed to my writing material will come to expect an acute control of style, tone and expression.
