My name is Milan Sudra from India, I am working as a Bookkeeper and freelancer in Accounting field, I have worked 4+ years under CPA and outsourcing company. Now I am starting my firm. I heard that you have worked with SOFTPRO-TECH before, I had worked your project under SOFTPRO-TECH and maintained your books.
I am expertise with MS Office and office suite. I have learned about the MS suite in detailed. I can be rearranging the data in Excel fluently and easily, I have deep knowledge about Pivot Table and Vlook Formulas.
I had done one of my favorite project named Three jerks Jerkeys, Company wants to set up his E-commerce store(Shopify store) to QuickBooks and needs his accounts proper. I had complete this project in almost 5 months, in this project I had completed a various task, I had sync all the sales and products in Quickbooks, Reconciliation of books, maintaining AP/AR, generating management report and financial reports, Monthly stock maintaining, handling Chart of accounts, completing day to day tasking, Quarterly sales tax filing, yearly income tax filing and on time reporting.
I am working with a well-known company from the UK, named De Gournay LTD. I have been working since 2015 with this client, Where we are using Xero accounting software to maintain our books of accounts. Here I am rolling as a Senior Accountant. I am doing day to day task like Managing Clients deposits and bank reconciliation, Settling and arranging payments to a vendor, deposits allocating to sales and keep clean receivable, Day to day generating sales invoice and sending to the clients, as well posting in Xero, Preparing weekly payrun, Preparing COS files to settle inventory and posting manual journals to keep the inventory complete, also filling Income tax and sales tax monthly, Quarterly and yearly. I had worked with many clients with Xero clients.
I had done a project with Propuras Communication is the famous property management company, they are handling many properties and renting to the clients. we are using here Guesto, and Airbnb to maintain properties and keep the books up to date, Here i am raising invoices and settling the deposits and inwards from Guests. I felt very enjoying and happily while working under property management. Unfortunately I have transferred this work to my partner due to other projects having more work and received many tasks. But i really enjoyed to worked under property management.
