I have been with Cognizant Technology Solutions for seven (7) years now. I started as a Customer Support Representative for AT&T U-verse's Order Management Center (OMC) and Order Management & Activation (OMA). Order Management Center handles order issues from placing it up to installation and activation. We clear and fix order errors such as porting number issues, new number assignments, conflicting services, non-serviceable areas, and many more. Order Management and Activation handles the same thing, though OMA is more on the back office support and offline tasks, such as e-mail and chat support.
I also worked as a Technical Support Representative for Dunkin Brands stores based in the United States. We support technical issues on Point of Sales (POS), Printers, Scanners, Cash Drawers, Payment Terminals, Servers, among other devices which are provided by the client.
