julian_ge (the employer) forfeited the arbitration because they did not respond to the arbitration in the time they had agreed to. osCommerce Worker was requested to set up the testing environment and were informed not to change any code without permission. While setting up the testing environment they made a few changes to the code without permission and hence they were also forfeited from the arbitration. Later both the parties agreed to award 75% of the funds to osCommerce Worker for the work they had done. All additional funds in escrow were refunded back to the employer.

I had a very good experience with oscommerce worker. He went above and beyond the requirements of the job and is very knowledgeable. Good communication, would do business with again. I am very happy with the outcome of the project and would recommend him to anyone.
