Professional photographer, researcher in photographic production and reproduction techniques of the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century, Documentary filmmaker. Professor of photography and audiovisual narratives in the Communication and Design programs of the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and the Colegiatura Colombiana de Diseño in Medellín - Colombia. In my personal and professional body of work I apply investigation and production processes to explore the way that photography, cinema and even music becomes an object; and the relationship they form with the audience, the piece and the exhibition space. This way the research process, the archive and the construction of the piece are part of the final product. This interdisciplinary methodology is the foundation of my work, where a still or motion image can be related to other forms of thoughts and languages.
