Seasoned Bank Teller well versed in customer care who is successful in achieving sales goals, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Working in a number one bank in the Philippines is not an easy job. Being a Client Service Associate for almost 5 years is quite impressive I am responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign currencies and other miscellaneous transactions. I was also assigned as a marketing assistant for 4 years. Primarily I am responsible for assisting in the implementation of marketing programs, monitoring reports, for business development unit and I handled some of our top clients in the branch. I make sure that all their transactions are well take cared. Aside from my banking experience I was also able to work in a call center for 2 years. I was a technical support representative from Sykes Asia back then. We handled clients from USA.
