But during these hard yet enjoyable days, I found some techniques that can benefit anyone from someone who has been away from weights due to the closure of gyms to someone who willingly wants to have a great home workout.
Bodyweight workout (Minimum equipment)

Without a gym, things can seem a little bit hard as we lack of equipment and exercises to perform. I know the feeling I have also been forced to work out from home for quite a long time. But during these hard yet enjoyable days, I found some techniques that can benefit anyone from someone who has been away from weights due to the closure of gyms to someone who willingly wants to have a great home workout.

Weight loss is the diet part where some trickery is required, because you do want to lose body fat while retaining as much muscle mass as possible while providing the body with nutrition that helps in its healthy functioning. But the problem is that body views fat as an asset and muscle mass as a liability. But to make an effective upper-lower split is a bit of a challenge in itself. I remember when I tried to make one for me there was very little reliable information on the internet regarding these splits. So with some deep research and applying my own experience to the routine, I was able to figure out how to make an effective upper-lower split.
