With 9+ years of experience working with the public sector at the National Historical Museum of Albania, I understand the true essence of Public Relations, Communications, Project Management, Strategy, Client Advisory, Budgeting. Also, I have very good experience in the preparation of administrative documents and data processing etc. I am highly organized, positive, solution-minded, trustworthy, eager to learn, and self-motivated. I also diligent with timelines, able to anticipate needs, and a proactive listener who is able to understand and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. I hold the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. With a demonstrated history of administrative work, customer service, and working in the fields of cultural heritage, museums and promotion of cultural heritage for all community members, I currently work at the National Historical Museum of Albania. Most of all I cover Public Relations for the institution, dealt with the organization and coordination of activities of the National Historical Museum of Albania and with all international activities and projects, and I manage the National Historical Museum's social networks (official Facebook and Instagram page). Based on the main areas of interest in the field of cultural heritage research, I have participated in several national conferences and publications. I hold the title of Master of Science in Cultural Heritage Administration at the Faculty of History and Philology, University of Tirana and I have a bachelor's degree in History from the same faculty and university.
