I currently working in government agency with the following functions: • Conducts proper filling of engineering documents. • Prepares and conducts administrative works (maintains schedule of activities, travel schedules, prepares travel orders and letters, etc.) • Encoding of documents and reports. • Maintain data base, updating and consolidation of progress reports • Assist in supervision, inspection, monitoring • Reviews and validates accomplishment reports
