This all encompassing portal was built for a client to organize filmmakers’ daily processes. They have the ability to create separate projects that they can then micromanage. Under each project listing there is a repository / database where documents can be stored for sharing between users, or emailed. Backend databases store information about cast and crew, these can be updated at will. There is a task manager application that ensures misc items are attended to. The daily agenda feature provides a real-time action plan while also allowing them to plan for future events. An area labeled boneyard stores projects that are still in the developmental phase. The processes of this filmmaker are now condensed into one portal rather than them continuing to manage multiple different websites and spreadsheets.

This mobile application manages employees and their progress through projects like a high functioning to-do list. There are administrators who have control over the behind the scenes of the application. Lower level employees hold standard user accounts. When a new project is started the user is prompted to provide a short description and milestones needed to reach completion. These projects are organized within months to provide a realistic timeline. Within milestones there are multiple tasks that need to be completed. The tasks are managed by priority, status, due date, and team member assigned. Team members have the ability to review their experience working with other users. The screen above shows the mobile version of this application on the user review screen. Team members can provide feedback specific to the users job role on the project. The user is presented with the ability to search for events by date, plain text, location, or type. Once a user has located the event they would like to attend they are redirected to a page where they provide contact information and request further information regarding these events. These applications reserve hotels and airfare,control the calendar, manage the events listings, all while maintaining users profile’s past experiences and events.

This system tracks their entire sales process from incoming questions to doing work with returning clients. Their portal utilizes a communication system which they can use to manage contact with clients, contacts, and coworkers.Through this effective method they ensure no customer communication is missed. Inventory management is easily managed through a database that categorizes items under multiple labels. They also have the ability to run an inventory report which tells them what they have in stock and what is out being rented. The ability to log a new import into inventory is made easy with integrations built within the import to inventory button. This application's main functions are to ensure effective communication and ensure inventory / warehouse management is done effectively.
