As part of the committee, I am developing a social media strategy and a content marketing plan to raise money for UNICEF projects. This involves promoting events digitally, creating content for the website, and maintaining the social media. All of this is done with careful consideration of social media analytics that as a committee member, I am also responsible for conducting. We will constantly evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing strategy and further develop and define it.

I was tasked with developing a content marketing plan and carrying it out to help the business establish its name online. To carry out this plan, my tasks were varied and extensive: I created content (landing page content, blog posts, premium content, ebooks and sponsored content) for two distinct websites. All content was thoroughly researched to work from an SEO perspective. I managed the social media channels for both of these websites and worked towards link-building.

Primarily, my responsibility was to produce articles for both the online EmbrACE magazine, as well as the virtual magazine. These articles varied in topic, meaning I wrote about education, politics, travel, and marketing throughout my two years at the magazine. I was also tasked with editing other's pieces, and helping to define the direction of the magazine. It was a collaborative environment that pushed me to improve my writing skills and cover distinct topics in depth.
