WordPress Service Retainer

I am looking for someone to help ensure that my clients WordPress sites are optimized. You will be granted access to my ManageWP service, where you will be able to manage the sites. The job includes: 1) Daily backups of files and database. This already happens automatic by ManageWP, but we must ensure that it works and runs smoothly, we must also ensure that all the required files and database tables are backed up. 2) Plugin, Core and Theme upgrades. We must keep certain sites updated with the latest versions of plugins, core and themes. This should be done once a week. Before upgrading, we must ensure that the core, plugins and themes are compatible to ensure uptime and stability. Before each upgrade, a backup must be performed, the backup can be done from ManageWP. Thise upgrades must be written into the weekly report. 3) Performance optimizations. You must be able to lookup which pages, modules, and such are loading slowest and improve it just a bit. Just a few weekly improvements to add to the report. 4) Remove spam Remove and possibly disable/fight spam. This can be optimizing anti spam solutions, disabling unused comments on pages and such. Add this to the weekly report. 5) Manual walkthrough Each week a manual walkthrough of the websites pages must be done, to ensure that things still looks normal. In case of any issues, this should be fixed, or if it's users own fault we need to report it. 6) Automation I prefer to automate as many of these tasks as possible, but still keep a low price on software. 7) Weekly reports Each week a short report must be made, including current stages of the site, and what work has been done on the site. Including current performance, SEO statistics, security results, malware results, improvements, basically every thing possible. 8) SEO scanning I have an account at SERANKING, that we can use to do SEO scannings. You must update settings and ensure they are configured right. 9) SEO optimizations You must weekly do a few improvements on-site and add to the weekly report. 10) Suggestions A few weekly suggestions on what we can do to improve the site further, these can be tasks that we require payments for, and I would prefer a price and a timeline with each suggestion. 11) Security scanning and improvements Weekly security scannings of the sites, and fixes in case of any security issue. 12) Malware scannings and fixes Weekly malware scannings, and fixes in case malware shows up or is reported to a site. You must be able to fix bugs in WordPress themes, plugins, page builders and configurations upon various setups. We can do this hourly, but I need to know the price for each task above, per site. For some sites, we do all of these tasks, for others we only do a few of these. Also, the goal is to make the client happy with us hosting and maintaining the site, and to gain more development tasks, like new pages, sites, webshops and such, so you must be willing to come with prices for new tasks as well which will be in separate milestones.
