Node.js fixes for existing project

A small Nodejs job in an existing project. Coordinates and details for places are currently retrieved and stored from the geonames API. I would like for this flow to be modified so that it is like this: Check with new local MongoDB database containing geonames dump - if no match then: Check with external API Show results to user Allow user to correct results Create alert / submit for an admin to check if approved: update database The dump will be replaced periodically so changes should be stored in an appropriate way - separately using something like the $lookup operator. Add an endpoint for a user to delete their own account and an endpoint for an admin user to delete user accounts. Please give your best price for this job.
