V-2 Mass online data entry, search, extract and formatting

MASS DATA ENTRY We are in the process to launch one of the largest undertakings with regards to mass data entry of calendar of activities, events, promotions in English (90%) and French (10%) into Wordpress power engine SQL database. Ideally we would be looking for vendors / partners with personnel of at least 100 workers/programmers. We would target initially the largest cities in North America. Most of the information would be extracted from: - 90% from online websites and search engines - 10% from medias like fax, emails, telephone and others (info primarily obtained from our salesforce) The data would have to extracted and formatted from thousands of websites and search engines, to match our Wordpress database fields. There would be an initial creation of database for cities like Montreal, New York (a blitz), then monthly updates. Additionally we have local people that would complement information on an on-going basis. We need to avoid duplicates. We would target information from hundreds of categories of activities, events, etc. up to 10 years in advance (like Olympics), local, regional, provincial/state, country level. At this point, we want to identify costs, procedures and potential vendors/partners. We are just about to launch our final fundraising and sales teams.
