Website development - August 2017

1) Build a website from an existing template (already purchased) that will be hosted on google domains. 2) Pages needed are Home, About us, Contact Us, Landing page with option to register for information (Name, email, Phone number, Text field for question "What would you like to learn more about?" (This page should have clear URL that can be used in Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing) 3) The website is expected to be built to ensure maintenance could be done with very minimal changes - build a website so that it is easily maintainable so that a novice can maintain it. Important: Would like a 30 minute walkthrough with you showing you how to edit and maintain the site using WebEx. 4) SEO optimization is requiring keyword research, competitive analysis, identifying target keywords for specific pages, consideration of your local SEO targets and deployment vehicles (e.g. Google My Business, Yelp, etc.) and selective link building. 5) Google analytics is required [Be able to track where traffic is coming from, be able to see conversion status, visitor segmentation, geographical areas for users] 6) Build the website in test environment. You will be provided with developer login ID and password. Someone from the company will do QA check before being moved to production. Need to upload code to GIT version control system 7) Need Newsletter signup widget to the header or footer that integrates with an email management platform like Mailchimp or Constant Contact 8) Maximum budget of $400 USD 9) Project duration around 15 business days from start to finish 10) Payment milestones: Will provide $50 as starting budget to show good faith when project officially starts. Next payment of $100 will be released after showing the website pages in testing phase using WebEx. Final payment with remainder monies will be released once the QA check is completed by company. 11) Need to agree upon communication methods during the duration of the project. Email preferred for auditing purposes.
