Small website - From prototype (Invision) to code and publish

— Please read carefully before bidding — Hi there, I am searching for a Web Developer to code a prototype designed in Invision Studio. You will use the inspector to understand the real sizes. Everything is already designed and I will provide you with everything you need to add (images and text). We will work together and I will be available if you need any clarification. I also want to see how the work is going during the development. The website has an Intro and 4 sections (Services, About, Work, Contact): For the Intro: there is a video in background, a logo and 4 different sentences that appear in sequence with a Rebound effect. After the Intro, the page slides up and shows the Services page: it has 3 images and 3 icons, a link to a video. Scrolling down you get the Work main page (you will see the interaction in the video i will show you). “About” page is divided into two pages with text and a link to Contact section Work section has some text and 8 thumbnails that must be animated with an “OnMouseOver”. Each of these thumbnails goes to a specific page that is built using a similar layout: a title, an image that is hiding while you scroll down (parallax effect), and a slider to show some images. In total the Work section has 9 pages. Contact section is a normal contact form. It includes Name, Email address, a multi-choice list to ask for a quote, a message field, a Submit button. After clicking on Submit button it appears a feedback message. All 4 sections have a navigation bar with a logo and a button that opens the main text menu with 4 sections (Services, About, Work, Contact). The Footer has a text and some link also to Privacy Policy (GDPR). The prototype already has 80% of animations required, but the parallax effect. I prepared a video to show the parallax effect I would like to see, it is a standard effect you can see in many websites. I wrote down keywords to include in the code for the SEO positioning, you have to include them in the code. The interface is designed to be responsive, so you need to put breakpoints to make it responsive for other devices. I will provide you with the prototype for mobile phones, it is a simplified version of the desktop one. This is only the first project, there will be more and I hope to find a good developer available also to develop next websites. I would prefer a developer from the European area, just to be available during my working hours, but it is not mandatory. I want to collaborate with only one professional, having a good communication and following the work. Please write which technologies/programming languages are you going to use. Probably html5 and css3 are good for this kind of website; so please in your bid provide some details. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you very much
