It is apparently a site for online petitions but actually coordinates an association to assist citizens in collecting signatures which are legally valid for a Referendum. The software must be completed with: 1) a map under the tap "associazione" which indicates the location of the new members according to type. 1.1) dedicated emailing (text ready) for registration, confirmation of vote and monthly update 2) The counting of clicks and two checks (a flag by a type of member and another flag by another member, which will trigger the creation of a pdf to be sent to all people who signed up to the association (via email and creating an excel sheet) and all other users via email (we collect only email and municipalty of residence) 3) a monthly mailing list with automatic content (latest proposals added, most clicked in the month, top of the list) with buttons for sharing on web 4) only 3 pages to be completed: "lista referendum" "assoicazione" with google map showing different users and firebase sms authentication, page "fondi" adding variable -amount- to list of projects to be funded (working like "list of referendum" page like petitions. All the graphics are available in a folder (icons, buttons and mock ups) and must be mobile responsive.
