3 page website needs designing

I am looking for somebody to create a number of microsites within our main website. To begin with I would like somebody to create one and then dpending on the quality we can move forward and do others. The brief is as follows: The site should be designed using dreamweaver, I need a front page designing that should fit in with the style and branding of other mini websites that we have already had designed. PM me and I will provide links to them so that you can see the style. I will provide a number of images (book covers) that you will need to incorporate on the front page. I may also be able to supply some other images to incorporate, however you may need to find some images yourself to use. If you do this I would need written details of the royalty status of these images and my approval before continuing with them. I will also need 2 product details pages creating. Again I can provide URLS of examples that we currently have for you to look at to gain an understanding of what I am after. Thanks
