I need a welcome jumbotron design in bootstrap which looks good on mobile and on computer view as well. This project is to our new website, which should be redesign later on the road anyway. The old website design and "welcome" and The new mockup could be foind in the files. We need design and strong html css knowledge as well in the future bootstrap/tailwind preferably. Right now we are using bootstrap 4 so any design with vanilia boostrap 4 is coming handy, but later on we would like to use tailwind (or keep bootstrap)
