Migrate and convert an existing XHTML and CSS web-site into a Wordpress Theme

I have an existing single property website website based on a template using XHTML and CSS and I want to migrate the existing site onto a wordpress theme – Smart Estate by Flexi-Press (available for viewing on Themeforest). The existing site has 25 pages plus various widgets in operation – calendar for bookings, link to Microsoft translator to translate page text, currency converter and a Contact Form. It does not have a blog. The new site will be a mirror image but using the Smart Estate wordpress theme. It will include a blog and various extra features as shown in task 1 and 3 below. There are three tasks: Task 1 is to import the existing content and URL’s into the wordpress theme and test that it functions correctly. This will include ensuring that all links are working and that the calendar, contact form and other features are working correctly. The Smart Estate theme comes with visual composer. Task 2 is to link the new wordpress site to the existing site URL. The site must also be managed within the wordpress multi-site structure Task 3 is to add the following features into the new wordpress site: Google Map, Satellite Photo, Viewers Feedback form, Request Additional Information, Schedule a Viewing, QR Code, Document download from site and document upload added into contact form. The successful freelancer will be familiar with wordpress and visual composer. He or she will have experience of import tools, such as HTML Import 2, HT Track or an equivalent. The preferred freelancer will also know CSS, HTML and MySQL. The work should be complete within 4 working days of awarding the project. The budget for this project is up to $150.00. Bids beyond this budget will not get a response.
