HTML & CSS Design for Sports Timetable

We have a web based platform that produces a HTML page for sports timetables. The data is provided to the system by an API to another platform. The work is all done to bring the data into the platform and it has been working well for years. But we want to change the output design to look different. Our understanding is that the HTML output is controlled by CSS style sheets. The file called [login to view URL] is how the output looks at the moment, and [login to view URL] is how want this to look moving forward. You will notice the new features; Classes need to be arranged in Early Morning, Morning, Afternoon, Evening. We would need some logic written to be able to organise the data in this way Some classes have a blue ‘M’. This is going to be added to the session name, and we would need to detect a session with ‘M’ in the name and if a match is found then display the small blue M on the design. The header and footer design stays the same on all poster outputs. On the right of the poster we have a definition/description of each session. These will need to be pre-loaded into the platform, and if the session is displayed then the relevant description needs to be shown in this list. This needs to be dynamic. Some sessions have logos as their name (see Zumba, on [login to view URL]). This would need to be added to the platform or database so that it can be displayed. We could manually set up all the logos from admin side if need be. When the system has created the HTML we click a button and this creates a PDF using PDFCrowd - so this will create the PDF for us. But we need the HTML to look correct. This covers the initial changes.
